The hotel had fresh and clean rooms but with a slight fishy smell on the linens. The service was accommodating, although lacking in personality at times. The hotel had a musty odor in the rooms that looked frozen in a 1950s style, but despite the odor, they were clean to the eye. On the positive side, the rooms are tastefully decorated with a modern feel, featuring new designs and furniture. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, although there were issues with making simple business decisions. The location was convenient to the Wicomico Civic Center but lacked space and felt overcrowded. The dining experience offered more than expected for a continental breakfast, but sadly, the restaurant was not available due to current circumstances.
I wouldn't stay there even if I was paid to. The rooms look nothing like what they showed, overcharged, and had a strong AC drain smell and broken bed alters. However, the room was clean and had the essentials. The pool was green, and there was no ventilation. Breakfast was cold, with shells in the eggs, though it was stocked with necessary items.
